Josep graduated from the University of Florida in 2024, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Behavioral Finance and Management. During his time there, he served as Social Chair and forward for the Men's D1AA Rugby Club.
His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 12 when he launched his own shoe cleaning business and went on to pursue a variety of ventures throughout his youth. His professional experience began at the age of 16 as a Summer Accounting Intern at MasTec, a Fortune 500 infrastructure engineering and construction company, before pursuing experience across several industries throughout high school and university.
In 2022, Josep supported the successful nine-figure transition of client accounts to the Miami-based broker-dealer Insigneo, while successfully executing client associate-level responsibilities as a Private Wealth Management Intern.
Today, Josep serves as an Analyst, where he focuses on paraplanning and client service for specialized surgeons, business owners, and high-net-worth families. He is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of cash flow, retirement planning, and long-term wealth preservation.
What Josep enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to interact with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, learn about their professional journeys, and gain insight into their current and future business ventures.
Josep is drawn to wealth management because of the meaningful impact thoughtful financial planning can have on individuals, families, and business owners. He values the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help clients make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.
Outside of the office, Josep enjoys going to concerts, hosting friends and family, landscaping, and tackling home improvement projects. As a fun fact, Josep is partially colorblind.
