Alex is a Miami native whose path to wealth management started early. Beginning at 19, he spent his summers working at wealth management firms while completing his degree at the University of Florida, where he graduated from the Heavener School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Wealth Management. He completed the CFP® Certification Education coursework as an undergraduate, then earned a Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in Wealth Management from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, where he also completed CFA Level I coursework.
Alex joined the Private Client Group at Equitable Advisors, where he supports the team’s advisors in serving clients by participating in client meetings, managing service requests, and helping ensure each relationship is handled with care and attention.
Alex currently holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 licenses and is currently pursuing the Series 66 and Florida 2-15 licenses. He has also completed the CFP® Certification Education coursework and CFA Level I coursework and is working toward earning the CFP® designation.
Those summers taught him that this business is about understanding what clients are trying to build and helping them achieve it. That belief drew him to wealth management and continues to drive his career. At PCG, he has enjoyed learning from partners whose commitment to long-term client relationships has shaped his approach.
Outside the office, Alex spends his time offshore fishing for tuna and mahi, on the golf course, and with friends and family. Born a Hurricanes fan and converted to a Gator, he follows both college football and the NFL closely.
